WHAT ARE BY-LAWS?
In accordance with the Midland Zone Inc. Rules of Incorporation, the Executive Committee has by affirmative resolution established club rules as recorded in the minutes and then published as By-Laws. By-Laws are rules that the Midland Zone Executive committee has officially ratified.
The handbook contains both By-Laws and comments.
OTHER RULES.
The by-laws are to be read in conjunction with the Midland Zone Rules of Incorporation and the PCV and PCA rules. All Midland Zone clubs and club members must strictly follow and adhere to them.
